I agree, Shan. What I can't understand is why am I losing with what I'm eating?? I eat shrimp, avocados, prime rib, bacon, eggs & everything else that has been labeled "BAD," yet, I continue to lose the weight...slowly, but surely!! Breasts and stomach have shrunk & I can actually see my toes!!! :-) My choles is fine and I have much, much more energy than I have ever had! Anyone care to shed light on this mystery??!! Also taking 400mg of Chromium Pic & 1000 L-Carnitine a day. Take Care! Alexis
