No I haven't heard of the Suzanne Summer's diet. What's it about? Regarding the low carb diets, I just came back from two sites. The first was on http://www.discoveryhealth.com which had an interview with Dr. Moshe Shike, a nutrition expert and cancer prevention specialist. He "debunks" the myths about diets (worth a read). The second was at http://www.about.com, an article called zoning out....the truth about Dr. Sears zone diet. Both these articles really create a lot of doubt in my mind (combined with others I have read), about following any diet that eliminates any particular food group.
