Kelley, have you tried Ezekiel bread? I bought it at my local Fresh
Fields/Whole Foods and it is REALLY good - it tastes like wheat bread
but it's a sprouted seed bread which is lots healthier. It does have
15g of carbs per slice, BUT it has 4g of protein per slice which helps.
I don't know on how low of a low carb diet you are on, but it's in the
plan for Protein Power and the Zone. I am going to try wasa with my
tuna fish (I love tuna on crackers). You all are great! I absolutely
hate having to watch every morsel that goes in my mouth but knowing
there are a bunch of wonderful people out here ready to offer support,
tips and recipes makes it easier!

It is great with some spreadable cheesecake flavored cream cheese on it-which is low-carb too. That and a cup of hot green tea-ahhhh-almost takes the place of the usual! Hope this helps
