I have not yet taken anything to lower my insulin levels because I have not yet had blood work to check my insulin level. I want to know if there is any side affect to the aldactone like nose bleeds. I have been having them about 2 weeks before my period. I guess that's due to ovulation or something. Can someone give me some information about it?
