Hi Elle, Ivy again. I do have periods (every 35-46 days or so), although my endo. questions whether I'm actually ovualating... anyway, I do get PMS, all bloated up and my breast feel like udders, Then sometimes, I'll get occasional sharp, shooting pains in my breast for no apperant reason. Since that's the only time it happens, I put it down to bloat. Are you retaining water at all? Although I DO think that my messy house is partly the fault of PCOS ;-)
