OK Let me see if I have this down right..1500 mg of inositol (in capsule form) and 400mg a day of chromium GTF in the form of 200mg taken twice daily. I hope that's right hehe.

Thank you thank you thankyou!!!! I am going out tonite to the health food/vitamin stores near my house to see if I can get some!

Btw, someone else recommended a supplement called Bladder Wrack which is supposedly good for metabolism. Have you heard of it?
