Question: Mysterious pains in the chest?

Does anyone ever get sharp pain in their breasts? I have been going
through all sorts of changes (not necessarily good ones)since my
diagnosis (like my body knows that the gig is up, so it's accelerating
the process!), coinciding with when I started a low carb diet. The last
two days I have been feeling sharp pains in my breasts. I know that I
have to be careful not to blame everything on PCOS (messy house? PCO!
stubbed my toe? PCO!), but I was wondering if anyone felt this, too.
