Margo, I'd be very interested in having that #.....I really love tea & can't drink coffee, so I think it would be something to try! I'm the same way when it comes to sleep patterns. I could sleep all day, wake up for an hour & fall asleep again! My biggest problem is that once I'm ready for sleep, I can't fall asleep! I lay in bed for hours....trying to doze off & it never happens. I also travel alot for work....which is awful because I have a real problem sleeping in hotel beds!! Have to take Tylenol PM to help me along! Thanks! Alexis
