I take 1500 mg daily of inositol, in capsule form - 2 capsules when I wake up then one before bed (it would probably be better taking 1 cap each at 3x a day) and 400 mg of chromium GTF - one 200 mg in the morning with the inositol and the other tablet before bed. I ordered both of them online - I've heard chromium GTF works better than the more common chromium piccolinate, the GTF stands for glucose tolerance factor. Inositol is quite hard to find in capsules. Let me know if you need help finding either of these.
