I take 1500 mg daily of inositol, in capsule form - 2 capsules when I wake up then one before bed (it would probably be better taking 1 cap each at 3x a day) and 400 mg of chromium GTF - one 200 mg in the morning with the inositol and the other tablet before bed. I ordered both of them online - I've heard chromium GTF works better than the more common chromium piccolinate, the GTF stands for glucose tolerance factor.
