Amy...
Are you sure about that? (just messin' with ya!)
ever wonder why all the good stuff is always bad for people like us?
chocolate, sweets, carbs like sourdough bread, pasta, cookies, crackers,
chips, enchiladas... I could go on and on...
why IS that?
lunch for me today is kohlrabe and green beans, steamed with butter, salt &
pepper, with 3 oz of grilled chicken breast slices and a glass of soymilk.
woo-hoo. It will taste good, but it's no substitute for a pastrami on rye
with all the trimmings!
Just pretend that your vegetables were made by Godiva...
Clara

but I have always been a complete chocoholic, particularly around the A/F
times - but since starting the Atkins, Im just not interested!!! There are
about 10 chocolate easter eggs sitting in my lounge at home and filling up
my fridge - and Im not even tempted!!!!! HONEST! If I get a yen for
something sweet I eat a bowl of tuna and mayo (YUM) which is sooo satisfying
that I dont want sweets any more.
