Hey Alexis...

Interesting that you should ask that... Actually, around my period I always get mild diarrhea but no stomach cramps. I do get sharp stabbing sensations in the ovaries during and toward the end of a cycle. As my PCOS has worsened, these symptoms have also increased. Still, they are not at all like the side effects from Metformin, which are, to say the least, intense when they occur.

I'm not on Met, but was just wondering...do any of you experience tummy aches & severe diarrhea without Met...say like when it's around the time for your period? I have tremendous problems with this! Thx! Alexis
