Hi Traci- I also have extremely sensitive skin. There are very few products that I can use without getting sore red welts on my face. After trying just about everything ever manufactured, this is what I've found that works best for me: Basis soap (sensitive formula), Neutrogena moisturizer (sensitive formula), and Clinique make-up. You might try these brands if you're having problems, although they may not work for you. I have been given tons of recommendations for mild products, but I usually start feeling the burning within seconds of applying them.

Regarding the cervical changes, I know that the firmness and position changes in regards to your cycle, but I'm not positive about the specifics. I used a book called "Your Fertility Signals" when I was trying to conceive my two children and I know the author wrote about those changes, but I'm unable to locate my copy at the moment. You might check your library or maybe someone else who is trying to conceive can give you the exact info you're looking for. Take care! Ginger
