What dosages did your doctor have you start out on??? I have been on it for a month now and have noticed that with each increase I felt like upchuking the cookies for about 4-5 days after. Another thing that helps is taking the pills with some sort of foodstuffs. I tend to avoid any carbs (which makes me tired...I don't know how they might affect you).
