My name is Paula, I am 23 years old, and was just recently diagnosed with PCOS. I am really just looking to talk to others about how their condition is being treated, and find out what I should be doing. I am obese, is there a best diet to try with this condition? I was put on spironolactone due to excess hair growth, is this all I need? I would also like to hear from others one on one to discuss their personal stories. I hope this request is ok in this forum.
