I also suffer from back pain exactly as Amy described. One good thing
about it is that it helps me know when my hormones are changing and deal
with the consequences more rationally. I have suffered from back pain
since adolescence and I now wonder if it could be due to the PCOS! Never
put the two together. Are you on the pill to promote menstruation?
