Lou- I've read Carb Addicts, Atkins & Protein Power!! All within the last 2 weeks! So far, I believe Atkins is the best. However, I'm not following it strictly. Just really watching my carbs on my own....somewhat following Atkins ideas. I'm rarely hungry & have more energy than I've had in the past 6 years!!! I feel good, my breasts & stomach seem smaller and I feel it's truly worth it! I've been trying to keep the carbs between 15-20 per day; however, I was hoping to get into ketosis but can't seem to do so....not sure why that's happening. Whatever you choose....good luck! Once I started, I found it wasn't that hard to keep going...then again, it's only been three weeks! Read the books and then choose your plan based on your lifestyle. Again, good luck!
