hormone levels P:EASE ANSWERFrom: Anne (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 11 Apr 2000 04:22:19 -0500 (CDT)
Before I started the treatmnet with Spiro and BCP, I had some tests done, and the only elevated levels were of DHEA-S: 2900. However, they din't test me for FSH/LH. 1 1/2 years later, I took the tests again, and everything was normal. Again, I wasn't tested for FSH/LH. However, the normal values are given for women who didn't go through estrogen therapy (which BCP contains). Are the tests relevant now? What about the FSH/LH? Is it influence by the treatment as well?
