Hi Tammy...I've had the same problem you described only my arms (mostly the back)are covered w/bumps (not really whiteheads. I read an article that it is quite common in women & occurs when the body cannot properly slough off the dead skin, so it clogs the pores & causes the bumps. i've been using a topical lotion of Alpha Hydroxy Acids I get it at Target stores & found it works really well (along w/ regular exfoliation & tons of water) to help clear up those arm bumps. As for the leg bumps, my resemble the cystic acne people discuss & i only get it a week before & after my period...so it is VERY HORMONAL & I don't care what any dermatologist says about acne not being caused by hormones - this is!!!! I use a topical progesterone (yam cream) that I get at my Chiropractor's office & it clears it up in about 2 days. I use 1/4 tsp 2X a day. You can also pick them up @ a good nutrition/herbal shop. I know it's a little off the beaten path "natural, holistic, herbal" remedies, but these work for me & I'll use anything that works! I hope they may work for you too !!!! God Bless! Laurie
