Has anyone experienced acid reflux? When I have it, it wakes me up in the middle of the night...to the point where I am choking and feel as though I am going to die from lack of air. The only relief I have found is gulping milk...it goes away right after...nothing else has worked. I get it a few nights in a row...then nothing for a couple of months. I don't eat any spicy foods either. I also experienced dry patches on my fingers...patches that didn't go away for 18-24 months...I wore 4-7 bandaids each day...sometimes they bleed, crack, etc. Since I've been on the pill, it has stopped...does anyone know why? I thought it was b/c I washed my hands so much... Again...I have to say, I am so thankful to have found this site!!!! I feel like I've made a ton of friends already.
