OK...thanks!!
So, what the heck is my problem!!!??? I've been low-carbing for almost 2 weeks!
Have not lost 1 pound :-( !!! I can't get beyond the 3rd lightest color. Any ideas as to what the cause of that may be? I do have alot to lose....and, hate to say it, but, it's making me quite miserable! Any advice? Thanks so much! AD

If you have a lot to lose, you dont have to increase your carbs if you dont want to, as long as you feel well. But Atkins does suggest that the level of ketosis should be about Moderate. If its more than that, you may not be drinking enough water.
