I too am a skinny PCOSer but I do get the hair growth. Before I found out I had PCOS I never had to worry about my weight and now I find myself obssessed with making sure I stay slim, I go to the gym and try to eat healthy. I know it must be hard for people who have weight problems but please keep a thought for us little people, we suffer too!
As for the hair growth thing, I've always had it so I have become used to it. I can imagine it is not a nice thing to worry about getting, but I will say that hair is easier to get rid of than access weight is!
Just remember that we are all here to chat to in your time of need! :o)
