Anyone ever get diagnosed after a successful pregnancy?

Hello, and thanks for all that you guys do here to support each other. I have had the symptoms of PCOS ever since puberty (father is also diabetic), but never been diagnosed. I currently have an appt with my OBGYN to discuss hormone testing and ultrasounds to determine if this is what is going on in my body. Here is my question: can you actually have a nonmedicated, successful pregnancy and still have PCOS? I have a daughter, conceived after months of trying with irregular cycles. Now that she is two, we want to try for another child. It is because of our lack of success this time around that all these seemingly unrelated symptoms have come to the forefront. I am finding it harder to conceive than last time. Was my daughter just a miraculous surprise? I know that my symptoms are getting worse (scant hair on my face now enough to wax off, weight loss harder and harder, etc, less cycles in any given year). Any advise anyone has here would be greatly appreciated. - Sincerely, Nethermind
