Jan, I also have water retention and swelling. I am on all of the "standard" PCO meds. and haven't had much relief. The only change I noticed was when the weather cooled off (winter). LAst summer when the swelling started, my feet and ankles looked like they belonged to an old woman! WHen the weather cooled, I lost four pounds and could fit into some of my shoes again. I am not looking forwad to summer. Please let me know if you have any new info. Thanks, Terry
