I was on all the birth control pills. When we tried to have a baby I tried clomid, the only thing I got from clomid was an extra 10 pounds. Of course I was told to lose that and then some....(if they only knew) Finally after 2 adopted children ( they are the light of our lives), and more weight gain , high blood pressure,headaches etc.. I went to see an endo, After much blood work, Sonogram and Cat scan she finally put me on rezulin. It worked for 2 months and last month i had the backache of all backaches.. Now they have pulled rezlin off the market (my blood work was always fine) I was wondering if anyone has had their ovaries drilled or lazared (sp) and then taken metformin or avanti etc.... has this worked???
