Becky, my 16 year old daughter is having wonderful success with metformin. She started at 500mg and went up very slowly to 1,500mg daily. She is doing so well! Has lost at least 15 lbs since January, when she started the 1,500mg. She is also on Ovcon35 birth control pill and spironolactone.

Good luck! Molly -----Original Message----- From: Becky <anonymous@obgyn.net> To: Multiple recipients of list PCOS <anonymous@obgyn.net> Date: Tuesday, March 28, 2000 9:20 AM Subject: Advice
