Has anyone read the book Syndrome X? Has anyone read the book Syndrome X by Jack Challem, Burton Berkson, M.D. and Melissa Diane Smith? I just ran across it the other day and have begun reading it. I was just wondering if anyone had tried the diet it mentions. The book does not mention PCOS specifically, but it talks about IR and how the typical low-fat diet is not right for people with IR.
