I am guessing that I have had PCOS since around age 12 (I'm 34 now). I was officially diagnosed 2 years ago by a fertility specialist. He put me on Glucophage for 6 months and then added Clomid. I successfully got pregnant and my daughter is now 6 months old.

It can happen! Good Luck!
