Belle,

I just wanted to let you know that I agree that you are a HUGE help to all of us. You have clarified things and given me better information than any doctor I've ever had!

Please do not feel like your story sounds "very bad", it doesn't!!! It sounds like you are an awesome parent who realizes that family must always come first - and I, for one, completely agree with that line of thinking!

I know that medical school is much more grueling (one of my good friends is doing her residency and also adopted a 3 year old this past year -- I've heard her horror stories!) than typical studies. I'm in nursing school right now with two little ones at home, so I can totally relate with feeling stretched in every direction. I think your choice to put school on hold to take care of your daughter is commendable. If you ever decide to return to school, I'm sure you'll be one of the best doctors out there! You are truly making lives better now, without a license! So, thank you and please know how much we all appreciate your efforts on our behalves!!!

Do I hear any hear-hear's?!?!
