At any time in the test we would expect to see that glucose level be around 4 times the insulin level (4:1). During the test your insulin and glucose will go up but the ratio can stay the same. If you see a ratio that is slightly less than 4:1 during the test, it may not be a cause for worry. If you see a ratio of 2:1 after 2 hours, then be concerned :-)
