You need to read up on metformin and its benefits to PCOS. I would give it a try because it seems to ge the one thing that has given women with PCOS hope. It is important that you make up your own mind. ;-)

P.S. I am on met and it has regulated my periods, cleared my acne, reduced facial hair, helped me lose weight, etc.
