OK.... I AM NOT A SKINNY CYSTER....but a large one, so, here it goes... I've been hearing alot of talk about low-carbing it to get the weight off. So, I started Saturday. Forgive me if this gets long. I ate 2 scrambled eggs & bacon for breakfast on Sat, a chicken salad for lunch & had a Pure Protein shake for dinner....I felt fine. Sunday...pretty much the same routine. Monday, Protein shake for bf, tuna salad for lunch, and a steak w/ mushrooms for dinner. Today, poly-o string cheese for bf, chef salad for lunch (ranch dressing) and pork tenderloins for dinner with 1/2 cup spinich, a little italian dressing, 1 poly-o string cheese & two slices of muenster cheese (my fave!) I've been reading the books....but they are boggling my mind! I've had alot more energy...but am I eating the right things or the right way?? Any low-carb advice or tips would be appreciated. My tummy feels A LITTLE smaller...but I'm still tipping the scale @ the same weight. Am I doing this right?? Please feel free to e-mail @ home... lpd22@gis.net Thanks!!!!!
