I haven't noticed much of a change in those areas, but it completely eliminated the acne I used to get on my legs during "that time", no cramping whatsoever,a lot less swelling & bloating. I've never heard that it can be converted to Testosterone, but I plan on researching it now. Gosh, it would be lousy if I was only making the situation worse when I thought it was working better.
I also use essential oils to help with the ovarian cysts. i use
Frankincense & a blend called Melrose(Young Living Essential Oils -
OR)which contains quite a bit of Melaleuca (Tee Trea Oil). I've been
real bad about using it this month & boy can I tell the difference with
Cramping & sharp pains all the time. Now if I could just figure out
what will make my hair quit falling out & grow back I'd be set!

>>You bet! Here's the info about the progesterone drops: they are called "Progest-E Complex" and is distributed by Kenogen in Eugene, OR. 97405 I do not have a phone number or anything, as I got mine from the naturopath's office. I am sure you can get that via information. Hope this helps you out! Teresa

>>Theresa I used to use the sublingual Progesterone oil, with wonderful results. I normally go several months between periods when I have cysts, but would begin to feel my uterus "plumping" up and starting to cramp within in a few days of starting the drops. Also helped the mood swings. Unfortuantely the manufacturer has stopped production and I can't find anyone making the oil. Can you tell me where you get yours? The cream doesn't seem to be as effective. Thank you.

>Susan,
> I can relate to your message! I am "mildly hypothyroid" just found out less than 6 months ago. I KNEW something was not right. Had to beg, beg and beg for the tests. I was shocked to find out I was still within "normal" limits. My doctor agreed to try me on a very low dose of thyroid hormone. It has helped but not completely. It has only been recently that I began to research PCOS. Looking back I have had "hormonal issues" since puberty (like the facial hair thing) I never even knew there was a name for this till recently...despite repeated complaints to my doctor as well as my ob/gyn. I will certainly have to fight to get any tests done I am sure. However, the entire endocrine system is complex and very interconnected. When something is amiss...it effects the other glands too, pitutary, adrenals, ovaries, etc. Hang in there. In good health,
