Re: When you Guys Say LOW CARB...How Many Carbs Should We Be Eating? From: anonymous@obgyn.netTue, 28 Mar 2000 14:12:54 -0600 (CST)
I too am a skinny PCOS case. I have been watching my carbs pretty carefully for the past six or seven weeks. I don't know if it is helping or not. I also don't have any idea really how many carbs I should be limiting my carbs to. I tried totally avoiding them but then i was practically starving to death. I have also increased my exercise again (I had slowed down when we started TTC because i thought it might help). My insulin levels are fine and my RE has told me that I am not IR. However, I too feel that it is worth a try to cut back on the carbs. If you happen to come up with any answers to your questions please let me know. I can be reached by email at emily.simeone@specialcounsel.com. Thanks for the help.
-- Salle- have you done research on the potential dangers/side effects of inositol? Do you know whether it causes any problems for women trying to get pregnant?
