Hi everyone-- just a little background-- i am 20 and was diagnosed when i was 17.. was on ortho-tri cyclen for 3 years, had to switch doctors and now have a wonderful OBGYN-- he switched me to mircette and put me on spironolactone.. my question is: i go back next month (6 month check up) and he might offer to put me on metformin-- should i go for it? i am thinking that i should, but i am not sure... it may seem like a stupid question, but you know... last time i saw him, he said that if i wasnt happy with my progress then he would put me on metformin... so we will see.. any advice is appreciated.. :o) becky
