A good book to read is "Screaming To Be Heard: Hormonal Connections That Women Suspect and Doctors Ignore" by Elizabeth Lee Vliet. Vliet believes many women are diagnosed with psychiatric problems such as depression, etc without looking at the cause. Also the rate of decline of hormones is very important- with a hysterectomy, this is dramatic. Where do you live? Vliet has an office in Tucson, AZ and also see patients one week a month in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Her clinics are called Her Place.

Another good hormone book is The Good News About Women's Hormones by Geoffrey Redmond.

Both of these physicians are coming to our PCOSA conference in San Diego in June.

Good luck... -----Original Message----- From: Lily <anonymous@obgyn.net> To: Multiple recipients of list PCOS <anonymous@obgyn.net> Date: Monday, March 27, 2000 10:48 PM Subject: Re: Please help TO STEVEN
