Just a reminder that a few simple things can improve how you >feel. In the rush-rush of daily life, I often forget to take time. I have experienced extremely cracked and dry, almost painfull, heels. The advice given earlier is great. I have one thing to add. Even as I tried all of the previous suggestions, I did get some relief, but not completely. Adding one simple thing nightly before retiring will solve the problem. Each night after my shower and before bed I rub an extra emolliant product produced by Mary K on my heels. I've also come to believe pure vasoline (petroleum jelly) works. Just by accident, I also discovered that pure petroleum jelly on my forarms helps with the acne and extremely dry skin I suffer. I know this sounds greasy, but in my case, my skin just drinks it up. I rub it in and go to bed. The next morning both my feet and arms look better. Good luck. . . . I tried everything before discovering these combinations. By the way. . . . Are these symptoms related to PCOS?
