I just make sure to have a >handkerchief with me and try and re-hydrate as soon as I can.

I try to drink cold water right away to rehydrate and to cool off. I find it soothing when this happens.

It is SO embarrassing sometimes -- especially when no one else seems to be sweating.

I have checked bg when this happens. I was worried about how hypoglycemic I was during those moments. It is usually at 80 or 82, low, but not dangerously low, according to the drs.

Thanks, Tracy (and to Belle). If you think of anything more that might help, let me know. I would appreciate it. I plan on writing down what I have eaten and the timing of it all to try to track it. Belle suggested that earlier. Since I would like to know what triggers this, that's probably the only way to figure it out.
