Did you take the Metformin while you were pregnant?

I have not had very many problems when I was taking the metforim. I just wanted to mention that after 12 months of taking the metformin (2000mgs day) for my PCO, I became pregnant. I had been pregnant before and miscarried. I had been through some extensive fertility treatments. I had taken teh injectibles and was seeing a RE. I was not taaking anything when I concieved this last time. I feel the metformin helped me. It was worth it for us.

Resistance my doctor checked my blood quarterly and every time I would have to stop the glucophage retest my blood because my liver functions would be elivated this happened for an entire year they would go down then I would start taking glucophage again then stop,then start then stop etc....now I am off it totally because of that happening,my insulin levels even went back up in just one quarter.all I have left is diet and exercise where I have started from before which obviously didn't work because of pcos.I am 36 and only have 1 child who is 8.I want more children . >
