First of all, relax! You said you have already been diagnosed with PCOS? And is your doctor treating it actively? If so then that is half the battle, and on the right medications, your symptoms WON'T get worse before they get better! To answer your question about facial hair, it is possible to have just a bit that is not very noticeable. The symptom is "excess facial and/or body hair", and I don't think they specify the color or the thickness. Lots of women have hair on their upper lip that is not due to things like PCOS, but if you have been diagnosed, then yours probably is. If you are being medicated appropriately, then you are probably on your way outta hairy-land. And if not, it COULD get worse, so check with your doctor or find one that'll treat ya right. It'll be ok!! Good luck!! -Hugs-
