While we normally think of seeing a low FSH in women with PCOS, this is not always the case, however, high FSH levels are not usually seen in women with POCS without other circumstances. High FSH is associated with ovarian failure and it may be that a donor egg is your only way to carry a pregnancy.

A 25 on the third day would be very high. Normally we expect to see 5-20 mlU/ml during the beginning days of the cycle (follicular phase), the FSH levels rise gradually, so by day three we should see 10 or less.

Having a pregnancy is not the only way to be a wonderful mother. I know that you are very young and this is a huge detour in the way you had planned you future to be, but just because things do not work out as we planned for them to does not mean that they are any less wonderful.
