Hi Traci, I also get waves of tiredness. SOmetimes feel like someone borrowed my blood. I just feel so weak. Recently I've been on the Carbohydrate Addict Diet and have experienced those symptoms almost never. It did take me about one month to get into the swing on the Carbo Addict Diet, so maybe you just aren't feeling the benefits yet? (However, the worst that those exhaustion phases ever were, was when I had hyperplasia of my uterus lining. I don't know if they are related, but they were definitely synchronized in my case. Just this week I've felt that weak feeling gain, so I'm thinking maybe I messed up the Carbo Addict Diet and got some extra hidden sugar or carbs? It's definitely not my thyroid. Mine is watched pretty closely as I had it partially removed 13 years ago. (no syntheroid) I sure understand and wish you the best in feeling better!
