Tiffani, have you considered giving Metformin a try? I am afraid I don't know too much about the numbers for glucose and insulin. But Met has helped many of us women by seriously reducing the symptoms of PCOS! I thought I heard someone (maybe Belle?) say a while back that it had something like a 92% success rate. It just might be something to discuss with your doctor.
