I too feel tired all the time.... I also have a thyroid problem. I can't decide if my thyroid is the problem... I was just diagnosed with the low thyroid in january so I haven't had enough time to get totally regulated. I do know, however, that if you blood sugar shoots high or too low it will make you tired also. During my cycles, I could sleep 24-7 and still feel tired. maybe you should have your thyroid checked. It's worth a shot. Good luck!
