Hi Micha, I too am suffering from chronic pelvic pain (right side). I would like to know more about pelvic congestion syndrome. Is it similar to an enlarged or ruptured cyst? I am currently working with my R.E. to find out what is causing my pain. She is having me go in for frequent u/s when my pain peaks. So far I have a pattern to my pain, so I guess that I'll be at the Dr's next week. It seems to start mid-cycle thru a few days after AF. An obgyn friend of mine has also suggested "tubal syndrome" -which I haven't heard of before, but I think it has to do with tied tubes (which I have). Please share more about the PCS, I would be interested in knowing more. Any info. that helps me figure this out is greatly appreciated. E-mail directly if you wish at: krm02025@prodigy.net

Thanks, Kim M.
