I am on Zovia which is a monophasic bcp and it appears to be helping me have regular cycles with no breakthrough bleeding. I have tried many types of the tri-phasic pills including orthotricyclene and orthonovum 7-7-7 and within several months started having the breakthrough bleeding. Juliana in MO
