hi im jean, i am nearly 22 years of age, i was diagnosed with polycystic ovary disease when i was 13, i have had about 6 operations to remove cysts that have developed to around the size fo a tennis ball.and a result of my second last operation i lost my left ovary as it had rotted away to nothing. the only cure my gyno says is to stay on the pill, i have been on around a dozen differnt pills and the side affects i have are too much for me to handle and other people i become that irritable. i have just recently been back for a check up and have discovered i have got about 8 cysts developed on my right ovary, around 2cm diameter. my doctor just said to leave it and get another ultra sound done in a few months. i have had enough i want to know wether there is anything else that anyone can do for me. i just want second opinions, i hope to have children one day but am not sure wether i will ever be able to. please if anyone has anything to help feel free to email me. thank you kindly jean
