HI I TOO HAVE OR RATHER HAD BLOND HAIR ON MY UPPER LIP, UNDER MY CHIN, SIDEBURNS, ETC. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I RECOMMEND YOU PLUCK THESE HAIRS. THAT'S WHAT I DID AT FIRST WHEN I HAD ONLY A FEW STRAYS. BECAUSE THE HAIR ON HY HEAD IS RED AND I HAVE FAIR AND SENSITIVE SKIN THE NEW HAIR GREW IN RED!!!!THIS OF COURSE WAS MUCH WORSE. THEN I MOVED ON TO WAXING DON'T DO THIS EITHER I MAKES YOUR HAIR GROW IN (FOR ME) THE SAME BLOND BUT LEAVES PIMPLES FOR WEEKS IN THE AREAS YOU REMOVED IT. THIS MAKES IT VERY NOTICEABLE THAT YOU WAXED BECAUSE THE RASH IS DIRECTLY IN THE PLACES YOU WANTED TO REMOVE HAIR!!! TO ME I WOULD GIVE ANYTHING TO HAVE LEFT THE HAIR ALONE AND DEALT WITH THE BLONDNESS. IF YOU WANT THOUGH THE ONLY THING I DID LIKE WAS SALLY HANSON CREAM HAIR REMOVAL FOR THE FACE. I CAN'T TELL YOU WHETHER OR NOT IT GROWS IN DARKER BECAUSE IT WAS ALREADY TOO LATE FOR ME BUT IT DOES LEAVE YOUR FACE SOFT. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!
