Traci: I've had this problem for years,too! Recently, I read that it may be caused by a defiency in essential fatty acids. So, I've been slowly adding more to my diet, but I'm afraid of the calorie increase. Good sources: fatty fish, flax seeds, olive and canola oil. Hope this helps.
