I have recently been confirmed with PCOS through u/s & blood tests and started on Clomiphine & OBGYN has requested me to start charting my BBT etc. all in the hope for a successfull pregnancy. My BIG question is that since going off the pill approx 13 mnths ago I have put on about 10 - 15 kgs that I can't budge! I would like some help with dieting / exercise tips etc that will help me lose this weight. I am 24 years of age & live in Australia (Queensland) and there seems to be no support groups or specialists here that know anything about PCOS. My OBGYN is helpfull but I seem to learn more reading these postings and looking on the internet. Any information on anything to do with PCOS would be helpfull and / or anyone in Queensland , Australia that knows of any specialists or support groups. Thanks Melissa
