Jenny,

I was put all the way out with anesthesia, so I don't remember a thing about the procedure. All I know was that I took about three deep breathes of gas and the next thing I know I was waking up an hour and fifteen minutes later. I was in a lot of pain when I first woke up. I also had a lot of other work done in there at the same time. The anesthesiologist gave me Morphine for the pain. It set in immediately and the pain wasn't too bad after that. The places of incision were tender. They go through your belly button for the Laparoscopy. But my Dr also went into each side, near each ovary. So I have three places of incisions. They are sooooo tiny, it is amazing! I mean they each have about two stitches and are each covered with one simple bandaide. Modern technology is awesome! I let the pain medication wear off over night and regreted it this morning. I have stayed on it today and have been a little tender, but not too bad. I've stayed in bed most of the day. Only getting up a few times. It was a pretty easy and neat procedure. And my insurance did cover the ovarian drilling, thankfully. Now I'm just hoping it is my miracle! Are you looking into this? Anyone else heard anything about it?
